His track record of delivering high-quality outcomes on time and on budget, while managing diverse stakeholders, has instilled the strategic rigour and operational discipline that underpin successful development. This experience, combined with his own property investments and buy-to-let refurbishment projects, gives him practical insight into both the financial mechanics and operational realities of property development.

Patrick Veale
Director
Patrick brings a strong track record of strategic leadership and commercial decision-making to Stonegrade Property. With over 20 years’ experience in technology consulting and strategy, alongside 7 years in investment banking shaping cyber and technology controls, he has worked across multiple countries and industries, advising senior stakeholders in complex, highly regulated environments.
This background has shaped Patrick’s disciplined, integrity-led approach to development, combining creative thinking with robust commercial fundamentals. Alongside his corporate career, he has built and managed a personal buy-to-let portfolio and overseen a number of residential refurbishment projects, providing hands-on experience of asset management and value creation.
At Stonegrade Property, Patrick focuses on project assessment, commercial structuring, and delivery, working closely with professional partners to unlock opportunities. He is passionate about thoughtful development across Bristol and the South West, creating sustainable homes that deliver long-term value for all stakeholders.

Eamonn Tobin is a UK-based property and construction professional with over 20 years of experience across the building and development sectors, with a specialist background in facade design, construction delivery and commercial project execution. As founder and director of a successful facade contracting business, he has spent the past nine years leading complex projects across residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.
Alongside his construction career, Eamonn is an active property developer and investor, having established and operated a residential property business for over six years. He currently manages a portfolio of rental properties, with hands-on experience across acquisition, refurbishment, financing, asset management and long-term value optimisation.
Eamonn supports Stonegrade Property with practical, commercially grounded advice drawn from both delivery and ownership perspectives, helping inform development strategy, build feasibility, risk management and investment decision-making.
