Typically, we are looking for light industrial, commercial or mixed-use properties in urban residential areas that offer potential for conversion.

Our projects generally range in size from between 4 and 20 units and would typically take between 12 and 36 months for delivery - from purchasing a property up to the final sale.

We work primarily in the South West covering Bristol, Somerset, Devon, Dorset, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire, but we will consider high-quality opportunities further afield.

In addition to working with experienced and trusted partners, all projects are delivered following the RIBA Plan of Work process. Each stage is closely managed and underpinned by sound legal and financial planning and contracting. We aim to mitigate risk wherever possible and work collaboratively with our stakeholders when facing any challenges.
